Cancellation Policy
Please let us know at least 24 business hours before your appointment if you need to cancel. If you cancel late, you’ll need to pay 75% of the appointment cost.
To help you remember, we’ll send you an SMS reminder 3 days and an email reminder 6 days before your appointment.
If you don’t show up to your appointment and don’t let us know ahead of time, you’ll be charged the full cost.
Privacy policy
Please note that to provide one-on-one consultations that are personalised to you, your personal, payment and medical information will need to be captured. Your information is stored on a secure, confidential and electronic platform (Halaxy). Halaxy have global specialists safeguarding their infrastructure using critical security features with the strictest of configurations. For more information visit here. Your information will only be shared with other healthcare professionals in your care team, with your knowledge and consent.
Telehealth privacy policy
Consultations are conducted via Halaxy Telehealth. Halaxy Telehealth video consultations are built on Amazon Chime, one of the most secure video consultation platforms in the world. Chime itself is built on top of Amazon's AWS service, which is HIPAA-compliant and undergoes third-party audits by a variety of public sector and private sector auditing organizations in order to maintain its status under multiple compliance offerings, such as the credit card industry’s PCI DSS Level 1, the U.S. Government’s FedRAMP program, C5 Certification in Germany, and IRAP assessment by the Australian government. For each 1:1 dietitian consultation, a Halaxy Telehealth link will be emailed to you as part of your email reminders. You will need a device capable of joining a linked videoconference using a camera and microphone. You will need to be in a private environment at the time of our call.
