Cancellation Policy

Please let us know at least 24 business hours before your appointment if you need to cancel. If you cancel late, you’ll need to pay 75% of the appointment cost.

To help you remember, we’ll send you an SMS reminder 3 days and an email reminder 6 days before your appointment.

If you don’t show up to your appointment and don’t let us know ahead of time, you’ll be charged the full cost.

Please note that to provide one-on-one consultations that are personalised to you, your personal, payment and medical information will need to be captured. Your information is stored on a secure, confidential and electronic platform (Halaxy). Halaxy have global specialists safeguarding their infrastructure using critical security features with the strictest of configurations. Telehealth privacy policy

Consultations will be conducted via Zoom, a secure platform. Zoom's Privacy Team manages external and internal privacy processes, supports compliance with global privacy regulations, and assesses the privacy practices of our suppliers. Visit here for more information. A zoom link for each one-on-one consultation will be emailed to you shortly before our session starts. You will need a device capable of joining a linked videoconference using a camera and microphone. You will need to be in a private environment at the time of our call.

Artificial Intelligence policy

Alannah will use a clinical note-taking tool (PatientNotes) that uses AI to write clinical notes, patient summaries, and medical letters. This tool is designed to save Alannah time and improve the quality of her notes. PatientNotes use encryption protocols to ensure your data remains confidential and readable only by authorized parties. PatientNotes is compliant with HIPAA, GDPR, the Australian Privacy Act 1998 and privacy obligations. To read more, visit their website.
